Payment
We accept all majorcredit and debit cards. Prices listed on the web site include CreditCard fees. Alternatively pay by cheque or postal orders made payable toDiamond Designs. Please write your address and cheque card details onthe back of your cheque. Orders will be processed when full payment isreceived.

Delivery Information
Deliveries are £4.50 for 1 garment, plus £1 for each additional garment (Max €9) 

Garmentsin stock at the time of your order will be delivered in two workingdays. If an item is not in stock please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.Your order will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Stock Levels
We stock support our most popular tunics. If you need the order urgently please contact uson 0845 0800 576  for information on stock levels before ordering. Onour stock clearance items we only offer these prices white stocks last.

Refunds & Exchanges
Ifyou are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us for anexchange or full refund.* Goods must be returned unworn and unwashedwithin 14 days of despatch. Items that have been made to a client'sspecification cannot be returned. We recommend garments be returned byregistered post as security for yourself. Unfortunately we cannotreimburse carriage. There is no refund on stock clearance items.

Embroidery
Should you require your garments to be personalised by adding a logo, please contact us on 0845 0800 576 for advice on the extra costs involved.

Care Of Your Garments
Allof our garments are made from Pontella™: A revolutionary actifbi-stretch fabric. Pontella™ is anti-perspirant and non-crease. Allgarments are machine-washable and should be washed at a 40° C and thenhung to dry. This fabric is almost dry when it is removed from thewashing machine and will only need to be hung for a short while beforeit is completely dry. As Pontella™ is non-crease ironing is notnecessary. However if you want to iron the garment do so on a coolsetting and turn the garment inside out to avoid shine marks on thefabric.
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
