What is the Diamond Designs Rewards Programme?

It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us. Every time you shop online, you earn points. Collect them and redeem them for money off future orders. Simple, rewarding, and with a little extra Diamond sparkle.

How can I join?

Just create an account or log in — you’ll start earning points automatically.

How does the Rewards Programme work?

Earn 1 point for every €1 spent
100 points = €10 off your next order (10% back in rewards!)
Points are added automatically when you’re logged in at checkout

Redeeming your points

Use points on any order of €60 or more
Redeem up to 200 points (€20 off) per order
Points expire 12 months after they are earned

Examples

Spend €100 → earn 100 points → next order, redeem for €10 off
Spend €200 → earn 200 points → next order, redeem for €20 off

Can I combine reward points with other discounts or codes?

No. Reward points can’t be used with other discount codes or promotions.

Can I use points in-store?

No. Points can only be earned and redeemed on online orders.

What happens if I cancel or return an order?

Any points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.

How long are reward points valid?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
