DIAMOND DESIGNS return/exchange policy:

Goods must be returned within 30 days.

Cost of returning items for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure all items are returned to us unworn, unwashed and with tags otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

Refunds are made minus the original shipping charge and card fees.

Your refund will include the full value of the returned items less the cost of carriage from us to you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Please note that embroidered, special order and sale items cannot be returned.

Once we received your item(s) and checked that there are no signs of use (no makeup stains, perfume odour or damage), we will initiate a refund/exchange to you.

We recommend you return your parcel through https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns . You can print a label for €4.95 and to a drop-off location or arrange collection for €6.

Re-shipping charge for exchange items must be paid by the customer.
