I ordered this top and the matching trousers on a Wednesday morning and the courier delivered them on Thursday. Fantastic service. Very happy with the scrub set. The fabric is gorgeous - really soft and has a nice stretch in it. I would say it is true to size. I am a 10-12 and ordered a medium. Would definitely recommend and will buy again .

Hi Patricia - a small is a 10 and a medium is a 12. If you are between sizes I think you would be better to size upto have room for movement. Hope this helps
