Hi, l normally in tops wear an xs / 8, are your nursing tops true to size or would one go up? Also normally size xs on trousers ..so what are your sizing for same?

Hi Kate,
Our size chart advises that x-small is 6-8 and small is 10. If you are always an 8, the X-Small should be fine.
